Chicken Ranch Tacos are filled with flavorful chicken, ranch dressing and all your favorite taco toppings inside crispy taco shells.

I have been missing in action with this little food blog of mine. So many things (good and bad) have made my life extremely busy lately, so it’s been hard to post recipes. I have a lot just waiting to be blogged. The only reason I am able to post these delicious Chicken Ranch Tacos is because my little Kallen is sick with another cold, so I’m home from work today…

These delicious Ranch Tacos are my new fave. I know I always say that, but it’s true. We absolutely loved them and I’ve already made them twice now. They are so flavorful and are a pleasant change from ordinary chicken tacos. We go through a lot of Ranch dressing at our house. My kid’s love it and we use it with a lot of meals, so I knew these would be a hit!

  1. Mucho Grande! =) I love ranch on everything! and I love tacos too. These look great. Hope your little guy gets well soon and you stay well too now, ya hear? :=*

  2. My husband and I really enjoyed this one! I didn’t tell him I put ranch in it πŸ˜‰ Thanks for helping us switch up Taco Night, and though I know you’re super busy, I hope you’ll be able to keep these yummy recipes coming!

  3. These are amazing! Paired with the easy Spanish rice and it’s an amazing meal. Thank you so much. I’m such a good cook now, thanks to you! πŸ™‚

  4. Made a “taco bar” on Saturday for friends, used typical taco ground beef, crockpot salsa verde carnitas and this RANCH CHICKEN. Everyone raved about it, and 2 of 3 have already made another batch since then! LOL. They loved it, and it was delicious. Something about how the ranch carmelizes on the chicken. Looking forward to making it again, a nice change from the ground beef recipe! THANKS!

  5. Just tried these tonight & we loved them! I especially love how quick & easy they are to make, yet a nice alternative to regular tacos or fajitas. Thanks for this awesome, new favourite recipe!

  6. So I shared this recipe with so many of my friends, and they have all made it multiple times! It’s been a huge hit. In fact, I plan on including this chicken in on my taco bar for my son’s 2nd birthday in June. (I was the one that mentioned the taco bar far up in the comments.)

I just wanted to add that, I shared my experience making your chicken ranch tacos on my little blog:

Your blog is one of my favorites. I enjoy seeing new posts from you regularly! Keep up the great work and congrats on the new job!

  7. I made these for dinner tonight and the the chicken is so flavorful with just the right amount of creaminess. I made up a fresh batch of ranch (using the Hidden Valley packet directions) to use in the recipe. My whole family loved them and asked that I make this regularly. Definitely a hit.
