Happy Monday! It’s time for another menu plan, but first, I want to say a big Thank You. I have received an overwhelming amount of love and support for my Dad. All the emails and comments you’ve sent wishing him well for his surgery has truly been so touching to me. I can’t express how thankful I am for you all being so kind and thoughtful. It means the world to my family. My Dad is doing good. He had to stay in ICU longer than expected for breathing concerns, but hopefully will be moved to a room soon.
As for this week’s menu, it’s a tasty one. The weather should be nice this week so we are going to grill outside. I’m so looking forward to that. 🙂 Also, Sunday’s dessert is one of our absolute favorite sweet treats ever- Hot Fudge Pudding Cake. It is amazing!
