Autumn is here and I have a plethora of recipes that are perfect for this season. This time of year calls for soups, casseroles, and meals that are meant to stick to your ribs so you can build up that extra layer for hibernation season. This week’s Menu Plan Monday is focused on meals meant for comfort and warmth!

Nothing starts the morning right like a freshly made pancake or cinnamon roll to accompany a cup of joe. How can we make this better? By whipping up a batch of my Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. It takes the best of both worlds and melds them into one fabulous breakfast. Weekday mornings are about to get a whole lot better!
