Happy October everyone! It’s officially spooky season, and my favorite time of year. I feel like I say that about every season, but once October rolls around I grow a grin on my face as big as a Jack-o-Lantern. 😄 This week for Menu Plan Monday I am sharing some awesome dinner recipes and one pumpkin dessert that is a fall must-make.
My Bruschetta Chicken is out of this world good! Tender chicken breast topped with diced tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, and a balsamic reduction. It’s like an appetizer and the main course all in one. It may be one of the most flavorful dishes without a ton of ingredients. You’re going to love it!
Next up are my Steak Bites! They are great to add to salads, bowls, wraps, or to serve on their own. A great source of protein, and come on, what meat lover doesn’t enjoy a good bite of steak?
Tis’ the season for baked goods. And yes, this is the week to start! My Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are hands down my go-to this time of year. They are so soft, and packed with pumpkin flavor. The milk chocolate chips are a must in these cookies. I usually double the batch when making these because everyone loves them!
