Welcome back to another Menu Plan Monday! I’m actually relieved today is Monday. That rarely happens. My entire family has been so sick with the flu, so I have been home nursing them back to health all last week and over the weekend. Ugh.

Now that everyone is finally feeling better, and going back to school today (hallelujah!) I am so ready to get out of my house and do some shopping! I still have loads of Christmas shopping to get done. 🙂

This Thursday we are celebrating Christmas with Kale’s side of the family. I’m making my famous Bajio Chicken, and also taco meat for a Taco Bar! It’s going to be yummy and lots of fun!
