These blondies are out of this world delicious. They are white chocolate, chewy brownies topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and drenched in warm maple sauce. You don’t have to go to Applebee’s restaurant anymore to get this amazing dessert. They’re so easy to make at home.

White Chocolate Blondies with Maple Cream Sauce

Ingredients
WHITE CHOCOLATE BLONDIES
- 3/4 cup salted butter softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
MAPLE CREAM SAUCE
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 cup sour cream
TOPPINGS
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chopped walnuts
- White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
WHITE CHOCOLATE BLONDIES
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In an eletric stand-mixer cream butter and sugar together until creamy and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk together. Slowy add flour mixture to the wet mixture, just until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly (it will be thick!) into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. (Don't overbake!)
- Let blondies cool at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
MAPLE CREAM SAUCE
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add heavy whipping cream, white chocolate chips and granulated sugar. Stir constantly until mixture starts to bubble and thicken. Remove from heat and immediately stir in maple extract and sour cream. Stir until combined. Serve sauce warm.
- Serve each blondie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and warmed maple cream sauce. Enjoy! Top with chopped walnuts and white chocolate chips, if desired.
