Cake Pop Protein Bites

Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 9

Ingredients

  • 60 grams (about 1/2 cup) Cake Pop Protein Powder (I use the PE Science Cake Pop Protein Powder)
  • 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) quick oats
  • 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar free syrup
  • 40 grams (about a 1/3 cup) unsweetened applesauce
  • 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) Funfetti chips (or use white chocolate chips)
  • 10 grams (about 1 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal, crushed (for rolling balls in)
  • 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Mix together protein powder, oats and cereal. Next, add honey, sugar free syrup and applesauce. Stir well to combine everything. Fold in Funfetti chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form 9 balls. Roll balls into the crushed cereal and then roll in the sprinkles.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can eat now or wait for them to chill. I personally love to eat them chilled.

Notes

** I use grams in the measurements with my kitchen scale, so I get the exact macros and recipe correct.
1 bite = 90 calories/ 2 fat grams/ 11 grams carbs/ 6 grams protein
