Okay, who’s ready to get the week started? I’m not. ha! I did have a fabulous weekend so I can’t complain. I spent lots of time with my cute kiddos while my hubby was out of town. He came back Sunday and gave me one amazing Mother’s Day. I was spoiled. 🙂
This week’s menu is pretty darn yummy if I do say so myself. Monday nights were meant for comfort food (in my opinion) so we are having my delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole tonight! Also looking forward to the Italian Cheesesteak French Bread for Friday night pizza night. Then I’m off to Vegas for a girls-only weekend with my daughter and some friends for shopping and fun. I’m excited!
