Hey sweet friends, I know what you’re thinking. Well, what some of you may be thinking, anyway. ‘Why hasn’t Holly posted new recipes lately?’ Well, the truth is life has just been CRAZY the past few weeks. Recovering from surgery, family stuff, sicknesses and kiddos is what I’ve been dealing with and it’s been so overwhelming. It’s forced me to put my blog on the back burner a bit (which I really HATE), but just know that things are starting to feel a little more normal around here, so get ready for more consistent posting and new recipes. I have a bunch just waiting to be blogged. 😀
I thought I’d share Menu Plan Monday early this week, so I can finally get some new recipes up. On Tuesday I’ll be sharing a dessert recipe that screams Fall and turned out so incredible. It was literally gone in 5 minutes after I took some photos. 😀 Kels and I snuck a few pieces and after we realized how amazing it was, and dangerous for my thighs, I sent a plate of the rest over to my cute neighbor Jessica!
