Hi there, friends. I am beyond thrilled you are here to check out this week’s Menu Plan Monday #301. My menu plans are always filled with family-friendly, easy recipes. I create these weekly meal plans to help all you parents out there, like me, who are busy juggling work and kids all while trying to get a home-cooked meal on the table for your family. 🙂

This week’s meal plan is absolutely a delicious one. The Easy Beef Stroganoff is a favorite of ours that I have been making even before I married Kale. It couldn’t be easier to whip up and it’s the perfect dinner to serve with some corn or broccoli. My kiddos love it.

Hi Melissa, I’m sorry I didn’t receive your email. I’m not sure you can read the posts in order right now the way my blog is set up. But now that you have asked, I think I could ask my website designer to do a pages by number category and then that way you could read them in order. Thank you so much for being a fan of my blog.
