Menu Plan Monday is a list of dinner ideas that are delicious. Each menu includes family recipes that are easy to make and include pantry staples.
Hello sweet friends! I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. 🙂 With the Easter holiday coming up I thought I would share my usual Easter dinner menu with you all in hopes that you will be able to make some of the recipes.
Honestly, I don’t even know if I’ll be able to make all the traditional foods we like to have on Easter, and I know we are all in the same boat. Going to the stores now is either a hit or miss on what you can find. Luckily, I snagged a spiral ham at Costco a few weeks ago so I put it in our freezer to save for Easter.
I’m not too sure we’ll be having any potatoes though. Those are something I haven’t been able to find the rare times I even go to the store these days. Are there certain things you can’t find at your grocery stores right now?
Wishing you all lots of safety and love. I hope you’re all hanging in there. I pray there will be lots of light at the end of this dark tunnel. -Holly xo
