For Menu Plan Monday I am making sure the week is loaded with all kinds of comfort food. This time of the year is all about treating yourself, and your meals should do exactly that. Not only are these recipes amazing they’re easy to make too!
My Chicken Mashed Potato Bowls are one of my favorites. Breaded chicken, corn, cheese, and gravy is piled high over mashed potatoes. They have everything that you’d want from a hearty homemade meal packed into one bowl. My kids love these!
Next up is my BLT Pasta Salad. This is a recipe that replicates one of the most iconic sandwiches. The only thing missing is the bread, and use pasta instead! This makes for a well-rounded lunch or dinner.
For a slice of something sweet this week try my Raspberry Cream Cake. It will blow your mind. This dessert includes a fluffy white cake, with a layer of cheesecake, and raspberry pie filling. It is so good! A slice of this is like biting into a piece of heaven! 😉
