Whenever there is chicken on the menu, I know that my kids are going to eat their dinners. Not only is chicken versatile to cook with, it’s also packed with protein and is good for you. This week on Menu Plan Monday there are a few chicken recipes that your family is going to love!

What do kids love more than chicken? Pizza! When chicken and pizza are combined it is sure to be a winning meal. My Southwest Chicken Pizza is packed with flavor! It’s topped with seasoned chicken, black beans, and tons of cheese. The salsa and ranch dressing add so much great flavor too.

My Chicken Caprese Garlic Bread is so filling and flavorful. It’s another one of those recipes that I make often because my family loves it.

My Cake Batter Blondies are the dessert choice for this week! They are sweet and rich dessert bars that will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. This recipe is a beautiful marriage between a traditional blondie dessert and a soft traditionally baked cake. Yum!
