This is a very special week, and I couldn’t be more excited about it! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! This time of year, I love to show my husband Kale and kids how special they are to me by making them lots of homemade meals and treats. For Menu Plan Monday I have an exquisite menu for to make lots of heartfelt meals for your family too!

There is something about seafood that is so elegant to me. Some of my favorite memories with my family are of us in Hawaii eating seafood, so I wanted to share my Hawaiian Style Garlic Shrimp because I know that it’s going to evoke a beautiful memory for each member of my family. Some of the most impactful quality time we’ve spent together has been on the islands. This Valentine’s Day I’ll transport them back there through their taste buds.

If your family is more of a meat and potatoes kind of family make sure to try my Three Packet Roast. Serve it with mashed potatoes and garlic roasted carrots for an amazing holiday meal.

This time of year, chocolate covered strawberries and boxes of chocolates are all the rage, but I am inspired to make something a little different. My Iced Oatmeal Cookies will be our Valentine treat this year! These chewy frosted cookies are incredible!
