Hi friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #222. 🙂 This week’s menu is all about low carb/ high protein recipes. Kale and I kicked off the new year with a goal of losing some weight and eating healthier. We have been sticking to low carb meals and I am already feeling the benefits. The first few days were hard but as time goes on it gets easier.
Yesterday we drove down to Las Vegas to do some shopping. We went to IKEA and then to Crate and Barrel. Gah. I love that store! It’s a food blogger’s dream come true. I bought me some fun stuff for my kitchen. I am excited! After we shopped we ate at Cheesecake Factory. It was a total cheat meal. We dug into some fried mac and cheese balls, pizza and salad. It was worth every bite, but I am back on the healthy eating band wagon today.
