There’s nothing I love more than simple, easy, and comforting meals I can make from home. What makes that easy for me to do is having a whole list of recipes just waiting to be made. Which is why these Menu Plan Mondays are so important to me, I love that now not only do I have a plan for this week’s dinners, but now others do too!
Being prepared in advance takes away some of that unnecessary stress that comes with dinner time, and heaven knows we could all use less stress. That being said, I hope you all take advantage of these pre-planned dinner menus right at your fingertips! 😉
This week is filled with some recipe gems. The Italian Stuffed Chicken is so incredible, and the Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls are a fall favorite. You’ll have to give those a try if you can find pumpkin puree in your area.

The crockpot creamy ranch chicken was a home run!!! My oven is broken so it was wonderful to have such a good meal. I also made it for 2 friends who loved it. I did find it didn’t take as long to cook. Very easy to put together…another plus!
