Hello, friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday. This week is such an important one. Veteran’s Day is this Thursday, so I would like to say a big thank you to all our veterans. Without them we wouldn’t be able to have the freedom that we do in this amazing country. I celebrate and thank each one of you. Perhaps this week you can find a way to share one of these recipes with a veteran you may know.
When I am cooking a ‘thank you’ meal I make it with extra care. Nothing says love like a homemade bowl of soup. My Loaded Baked Potato Soup will warm anyone from the inside out and make them feel special, comforted, and full. 🙂
Pumpkin season is still going strong into the new month of November. I don’t think anyone is upset that we get two full months of delectable pumpkin flavored treats. My Pumpkin Roll Cake is heavenly. Slice it up and serve with some fresh whipped cream on top. Anyone who gets a piece of this will feel the warm affection that went into your baking.
