And just like that, it’s the final Menu Plan Monday of 2021. Can you believe how quickly this year has flown by? I swear, time speeds up each year. New Year’s Eve is only a few days away so that means it’s time to chill the drinks and get the party snacks ready. I’ve reached the point in my life that it’s a miracle if I make it to midnight to watch the ball drop in Times Square, but I still make sure the snacks are on hand to celebrate.
I have a new and delicious way to serve everyone’s favorite party dip. Cheesy Bacon Rotel Cups are such a crowd pleaser, especially served warm. They are creamy cups of bacon and cheese heaven. They will melt in your mouth with each perfect puff pastry bite.
Serve my Ham and Cheese Sliders on your appetizer table for a great grab and go sandwich. These are always a crowd favorite!
Every party needs a little something sweet and my Hot Cocoa Cookies are a great way to end the night and year with. It’s that time of the year to reflect on the year that has passed and look forward to the year to come.
