There is something for everyone on my Menu Plan Monday. Each menu is filled with tasty recipes that are easy to follow and family-friendly!

We are at the peak of summer, and I don’t know about you, but I am sweating! Here in Southern Utah, it reaches over 100 degrees F. almost every day. You know what that means? Pool Party! Since we’ve had our pool installed our summers have completely changed, so has the number of kids, parents, and friends we host in our backyard. I love it! Hosting a get together is one of my favorite things. For Menu Plan Monday #499 I’m sharing my best recipes that are perfect so serve to anyone you may be having over!
Who doesn’t love a taco? That must be a hard person to find in a crowd. They’re practically a way of life here in the Lofthouse. On days with people coming and going I love to make my Shrimp Taco Bites. You get every single bit of flavor from a traditional taco, but in a single bite. Each one has its own shrimp, and these things usually disappear the quickest when I have people over.
For those who aren’t a fan of seafood try my Philly Cheesesteak Crescent Pinwheels. They are round, fluffy wheels that are stuffed with steak, cheese, onion and more. They’re so cheesy, flavorful, and out of this world delicious!
I like to get creative on ways to enjoy treats you normally would around a campfire. What’s the first thing that comes to mind? S’mores! My S’mores Cookie Bars are amazing! Luckily, a campfire is not required to make these heavenly cookies. A tray of these gathers a crowd like no other! Now, I call that a win, win!
