Back to school time can be overwhelming for both kids and parents. New wardrobes, backpacks, shoes, classes, teachers, and schedules. There are a lot of plates to spin, especially if you have more than one kid going back. So, what about dinner? Don’t worry, I am here to help! For Menu Plan Monday, I am going to set the whole family up for success. Everyone will be nourished, energized, and ready to concur the new scholastic year. 😊
I feel so much better sending my kids to school knowing they’ve had a hearty and filling breakfast. I know it helps them to focus and have a better day. My Breakfast Bake is packed with protein. It’s easy to make at the beginning of the week, so you can meal prep and enjoy it for a few days.
For dinner try my BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizzas. These pizzas always disappear quickly when I put them on the table!
I know we all deserve a treat during back-to-school time. Try my Strawberry Jell-O Pretzel Salad and you will fall in love. It is sweet, salty, soft, and crunchy. The flavors and textures in this dessert are blissful! I recommend using fresh strawberries if you can. Your kids will be thanking you for this yummy reward after a busy week.
