Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie is a delicious chilled dessert filled with pink lemonade flavor. It’s the perfect summertime treat!

Summer means that it’s time for cool, no bake treats. Especially here in Southern Utah. It is common in the peak months that we hit triple digits on the daily! How do we combat the heat? With something that is guaranteed to cool us down. My Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie is as refreshing as it is chilled. It is both deliciously sweet and tart, and so easy to make that you won’t believe it. 😉
FROZEN PINK LEMONADE PIE
Nothing hits the spot quite like a glass of lemonade on a hot day. There is something about the sweet and tart combination that always quenches your thirst. But what about your sweet tooth? This recipe takes the frosty beverage and turns it into something that rivals any other summertime dessert. Cool Whip is mixed together with sweetened condensed milk, and pink lemonade concentrate. This mixture is then poured inside a ready-made graham cracker pie crust. Place it in the freezer for 6 hours and it’s ready to go. One slice of this is sure to turn any frown upside down when it is scorching outside!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10-inch) prepared Graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- red food coloring (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and cool whip. Fold together gently until combined. Stir in the pink lemonade concentrate until combined. (If you want the pie a vibrant pink color add a few drops of red food coloring.) Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread out evenly. Place pie in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight. Cut into slices and serve!
THE BEST WAY TO FREEZE FROZEN PINK LEMONADE PIE
Good things come to those that wait, and this recipe is a testament of that. Now, it only takes 5 minutes to make this treat, but it takes proper time for it to set in the freezer. No less than 6 hours in the freezer for a perfect frozen pie. I highly recommend that you make this and freeze it the night before you serve it so that it’s solid. Check the weather beforehand to see if it’s going to be a hot one the next day. If so, make this pie! Believe me, you’ll thank me later.

SERVINGS
This pie yields 8 slices. It really is so simple to make, that making an extra pie or two is no hassle at all. I like to make a few and just let them sit in the freezer throughout the summer season. This way we can have a slice whenever the temperature gets to be too much. My kids love it when they get this frozen and frosty surprise!

This is the perfect summer treat, love the flavors!!
G’day , 🙂 we don’t have cool whip in Australia , what do you suggest as a subsitute? Many thanks
I would substitute with whipped cream. 8 ounces of whipped cream would work great!
Make homemade whipped cream. 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar, optional: a splash of pure vanilla for bright white whip. Whip for about 5 minutes and Voila.
Would this stay firm for a grad party?
It’s so pretty! And pink! It makes me want to serve high tea just so that I can make and serve it!
Awe, this brought back a good memory of my Mom!! She made this using limeade sometimes. I forget how good these pies are. Don’t know why I don’t think to make them. Pinning to remind me!!
I make a very similar dessert. I make a graham cracker crust and press into a 9×13 dish. Then I mix 1 can of frozen lemonade with a rectangular carton of vanilla ice cream (1qt I think.) pour that into the graham cracker crust and freeze. So delicious!!
What is cool whip,& frozen pink lemonade concentrate?
Cool whip is a container of whip creamed with a few extra ingredients. If you can’t get cool whip just use 8 ounces fresh whipped cream. Frozen lemonade concentrate is just concentrated lemonade that is usually packed in cans in the freezer section of your grocery store. 🙂
Does the frozen juice have to be completely thawed or should it be slightly frozen?
It should be thawed completely. 🙂
My grandma, who died last year, used to love to make this pie. It always reminds me of her, but I never knew the full recipe. Thank you so much!
Tami, Sorry to hear of your Grandma’s passing. But happy you found this recipe 🙂 It is delicious!
Why do you suggest freezing for so long? If I only have 3-4 hours will this still work for me? It sounds amazing!
What the chance that you have nutrition information on this pie? My sister-in-law gave me a similar recipe that uses a large cool whip and makes 3 pies. She used Sunkist Orange concentrate and it tastes like a Dreamsickle!! It was GREAT!!
Do you store leftover pie in thr fridge or freezer?
Freezer! It will thaw and melt if stored in the fridge.
I have made this pie several times and it is always a big hit and so refreshing on a hot summer day.
Love This pie. takes me back about 50+ years when I worked full-time & we had luncheons all the TIME. someone would *always* bring ONE (or two) of THESE & they would *always* be gone. no seconds here!!
so easy & oh so delish!!
