Happy New Year and Happy Menu Plan Monday, my awesome friends! Yep, I am on the dieting band wagon again. haha! I definitely indulged (a lot) during the holidays but I enjoyed every minute of it. 😀
My resolution is really to get fit. Not necessarily to lose a bunch of weight. Last year I hardly exercised at all and I am really feeling it. Just climbing up our stairs takes my breath away, and I know that’s not right for a 36 year old. So a long with eating right, I’ll be back to working out too and getting this body back in good condition.
Naturally, that means I had to post lots of healthy things for Menu Plan Monday. I’ll actually be posting lots of new, healthy, easy and delicious recipes all through out January, so I hope you stop back by to check them out!
