Monday is here again so it is time for another Menu Plan Monday! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I’m sure Kale and I did. I say “I’m sure” because I haven’t lived it yet. I am typing this up on Thursday July 20th to have it all ready for you guys on Monday the 24th. 🙂 Kale and I are flying to San Francisco today. YAY! 😀 After I finish scheduling this I am going to get us all packed and then we’ll head to Vegas to catch our flight. I’m sooooo excited!
This week’s menu has a lot of my favorite salad recipes on it. I’m back in salad mode again because A) I’m trying to lose some weight (as always. ugh) and B) because they don’t require the oven. It has been crazy hot here AND humid, which is not normal in our dry desert, so that is another reason I am ready to enjoy some 70 degree temps in San Fran!
