Hello and welcome back to yet another Menu Plan Monday! I have 7 more amazing recipes for you and your loved ones to enjoy. 

I feel like spring time is the perfect opportunity to enjoy refreshing summer foods, as well as the occasional warm, comforting food that we associate with cold weather. It’s almost as if spring is just that gentle transition that eases us from winter into summer, so why not enjoy both! 

In this week’s menu I have both comforting, clean and refreshing dinner ideas. My Szechuan Chicken is tender chicken mixed with fresh veggies and tossed in a gourmet teriyaki sauce. It is incredible! Then I have some comforting Chicken Noodle Casserole which is like the classic soup, but in casserole form! 🙂
