Menu Plan Monday is full of delicious lunch and dinner ideas. Ditch the drive thru this week, and see how amazing and easy home-cooked food can be!

Here in Southern Utah, we have an array of western flavors like Tex-Mex and classic barbecue. These styles of cuisines are done so well here in my home state, that I decided to use them as my inspiration this week for our Menu Plan Monday!

Barbecue sauce is a classic western flavor. I’m going to show you that it can make most anything taste better! My Western Cheeseburger Sliders are savory little burgers that don’t hold back on flavor. This is the perfect dish that requires very few ingredients, yet you can make a ton of these to keep your little frontiers full.

What else can barbecue sauce make better? Salad! This may not be the first component you would think of for a salad, but my BBQ Chicken Salad uses this sauce to make it extra delicious.

Tex-Mex is a combination of both Mexican food and western inspired grub. My Smothered Chicken Burritos are a satisfying hybrid of these styles of food. It is so easy to whip up a bunch of these up to feed your hungry family in no time at all!
