Spring is in the air as March brings in the bright and warm sunshine! I love being able to look out my kitchen window while I am cooking to see the little buds start to come to life. With the new season beginning to roll in, I am going to roll in a new set of recipes for you and your family to enjoy. This Menu Plan Monday is all about keeping things bright, lite, and full of flavor.
We all know that bread makes everything better. Using a hearty slice as the base for a recipe! My Chicken Caprese Garlic Bread is phenomenal. A well-balanced meal full of protein and carbs, this recipe is perfect either as an appetizer for a Spring get together, or as a meal served on your dinner table. My Doritos Chicken Taco Salad is a yummy and zesty way to have your kid’s eating salad.
One recipe I am particularly excited to roll your way are my Oreo Truffles. These tiny bites of heaven are purely divine. I serve these at all kinds of occasions. They disappear fast off of the serving tray. It’s hard to only eat one, but each bite is rich and blissful. I hope you are as excited as I am to welcome this new season and new menu.
