This week for Menu Plan Monday I am incorporating the best kitchen tools ever to exist. Your hands! I have some delicious recipes to enjoy while keeping your utensils in the drawer.

First up are my Sweet Pork Quesadillas. Wow, they are fantastic! The sweet pork, gooey cheese, and the flour tortilla all grilled together are heavenly. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole!

If you’re looking for something on the lighter side to enjoy with your hands, try my Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps. They are a great lunch option, and will have you satisfied with no plate or silverware to clean.

You know I can’t share this week’s menu without highlighting a fun dessert. My Gooey Chex Mix is so much fun to make, eat, and share. You can portion everything out into individual plastic sealed bags, or make a large bowl and have everyone grab a handful of this sweet, gooey treat. It’s great for camping, birthday parties, or a movie night with the family! ❤️
