Hiya, friends! I took a little blogging break last week, to spend time with my kiddies. They were out of school on Thursday and Friday for Fall break, so the hubs and I spent some quality time with them. We had a lot of fun! 🙂
I’m excited to share the recipes I have ready to post this week! One of them was deemed a new favorite family dinner by my kids, and it even has broccoli in it! That’s a proud moment for a Momma. 🙂

Red peppers, sliced red onion, mushrooms,broccoli florets, crushed garlic, cayenne powder cooked in 1 tab. butter, and olive oil. When soft, add sliced, thawed chicken breasts. Cover cast iron skillet with lid, turn to med. low for 12- 15 min. Hope you like it.
