The sun is hot and the days are long. This is the time of year that I feel we all can’t wait to get to. Nothing is better than packing a lunch, grabbing your swimsuits, and heading to your favorite summer destination. The meals featured will help give you a flavorful week with free time to get out and enjoy time with your family.

One of my favorite ways to spend my time with the family is road tripping. We love to get in the car, hit the road, and see what new and exciting things we can discover. I love finding new spots that give me new inspirations for recipes, or when you can find a gem that just knows how to perfect a classic recipe.
