Menu Plan Monday this week is all about easy and simple recipes. It’s been a busy summer, and now that the kids are in school, it’s time to take a little break. It’s important to let dinner do its own thing sometimes, so you don’t have to stress. You’ll hardly break a sweat with most of these recipes. 😉
When it’s time for a meal that can cook itself, I always go to my Crock Pot. I can set it on low heat and go about my day. My Crock Pot Stuffed Green Peppers are simple to make, super delicious, and totally unique. These peppers are stuffed to the max with ingredients that are bursting with flavor!
For something on the lighter side, try my Chicken Strawberry Pasta Salad. It’s a great way to use leftover cooked pasta, and the last bit of fresh strawberries from the garden.
One dessert I can’t live without is a classic banana split. It’s the perfect treat for the warm temperatures we are still having. Since we are focusing on recipes that are easy, try my Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwich Cake. It is so simple to assemble, and everyone will devour it!
