It’s a rainy, cold Monday in my little neck of the woods so it totally makes me want to go crawl back in bed now that I’ve taken the kids to school. Ugh. I’m not a fan of rain at all. Never have been. Give me the sunshine and I’m happy all day long. Give me rain and I want sleep all day long. ha!
This Menu Plan Monday is a good one. I know I always say that, but it’s true. I’m still on my health kick and eating clean, for the most part. But I do have a family and picky kids to feed so it can be a bit of a battle. My kids are pretty good about eating their veggies though. I definitely lucked out in the kid department. 😉
I have a salad on the menu and one of our favorite crispy baked chicken recipes. Yum! For our cheat day on Sunday I’m making our beloved French Dip Sandwiches, and for dessert some Skinny Strawberry Cheesecake Dip. Thank heavens for cheat meals! ha! I wish you all a great week.
