Menu Plan Monday

Menu Plan Monday is a collection of family favorite recipes! Each week the menu includes 6 dinners and 1 dessert idea. These are all tried and true recipes your family is sure to love!

Hi guys! Another Sunday has arrived so it’s time for Menu Plan Monday #271! 🙂 I’m glad you all are liking that I’ve been posting the menu plan on Sundays. I’ve been doing it for four months now and have received a lot of super sweet emails from you all thanking me. I am so happy! I guess it does make more sense to post the menu before the week actually starts. haha.

This week’s menu has some recipes I haven’t made in quite some time. Especially the Oatmeal Cream Pies. They are incredible. Sometimes I’ll come across an old recipe like that and think to myself, ‘That was so good! It’s been forever since I’ve made that!’ Well, that’s what happened when I saw the cream pies, so they went right down on the list.

Does everyone have big plans for the Super Bowl? I am SO excited. Mainly for the food of course, but you guys already know that. haha. It’s the only football game Kale and I ever watch. But we really do enjoy it. I can see why people can get really into football during the season. It’s fun. But it’s funner when you have a really great excuse to make and devour all kinds of amazing appetizers and treats while rooting for your favorite team! 🙂

This week I will be sharing an amazing new pasta recipe and a list of awesome Super Bowl food ideas! Be sure to stop back by to check them out! -Holly xo

  1. I have your recipe from 2010. It is baked sweet and sour chicken plus the fried rice. We had this for Easter 2020. It’s such an unusual Easter, so we had to have Chinese.
    It is delicious!!!!!
