Hello everyone! The month of May is gearing up to be a busy one. The kids are finishing up school, and the summer activities are about to commence. The May flowers are blooming as we head into summer! I am so excited to get my backyard in full swing with the grill going, and the kids playing in the pool. On this week’s Menu Plan Monday, I am sharing a few of my favorite recipes that will get the summer vibes dialed in.
With so many fun gatherings ahead in the coming weeks I want to make sure you have a fresh, flavorful, and simple dish ready to always go. My Grilled Lemon Chicken is zesty and bright like the sun. Whether you’re hosting a party for adults or kids, this classic protein will please any and everyone. Try my Hawaiian Style Garlic Shrimp as an appetizer to pass around for your backyard parties, or on skewers for a seafood BBQ feast.
For a sweet treat to end the week I am making my Easy Churro Bites! They have come in handy so many times. Easy to make, and just as easy to eat, these little cinnamon sugar-coated bites are so yummy!
