EASY BACK TO SCHOOL DINNER IDEAS
I picked some of my favorite meals that are balanced and have a good combo of protein, veggies, and carbohydrates for dinners that satisfy and sustain. Oven Roasted Chicken and Veggies is one of my top priorities on back-to-school week. Lean chicken breast and healthy vegetables baked to perfection for a hearty homemade meal at the end of a long day of learning.
Dinners should also be fun, and that’s why my Taco Pizza is on the list. It’s a delicious and easy meal to celebrate this new chapter of the year.
And we can’t forget the ultimate back to school and post meal treat, Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies. These cookies are definitely the way to your kiddos hearts when they get home from their first day.
