The weekdays can be so busy the last thing you want to do is worry about dinner. With my list of 30 Minute Meals, dinner no longer has to be a stress, but something absolutely delicious and enjoyable!

Weekdays are filled with work, school and all the kids’ activities that sometimes just thinking about what to make for dinner can be exhausting. The other day I started going through my website looking for super-simple dinner ideas. That’s when I noticed a lot of my recipes are ready in or around 30 minutes. Score! So I started making a list and decided I would share them with you all too!
I know a lot of you Mom and Dad’s out there are like me- in need of quick and easy dinners on hectic weeknights. I like to cook more elaborate and longer recipes on the weekends, but the weekdays I need easy and simple. This list is filled with all those meals that are easy AND delicious. 🙂
