I’m officially in my favorite time of year! Fall means cozy dinners, pumpkin desserts, getting ready for Halloween, and I’m here for all of it. This week’s menu in particular is full of comforting, family-friendly meals that make planning dinner a little easier.

My Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili is one of my favorite cozy dinners for a fall evening! It’s creamy, hearty, and loaded with tender chicken, white beans, and plenty of delicious flavor. Serve it with some warm bread or tortilla chips for an easy meal the whole family will love.

When it comes to fall comfort food, nothing beats a hearty casserole. This French Onion Beef Casserole is no exception, packed with tender beef, French onion dip, and noodles, it’s the kind of dinner you’ll love coming home to after a long day. Plus, the leftovers are just as delicious, making your week even easier!

White Chocolate Pumpkin Snickerdoodles fuses two beloved cookie favorites: snickerdoodles and pumpkin cookies. From the snickerdoodle side, I top these with plenty of cinnamon and sugar. For the pumpkin side, I use a pumpkin pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. They each give the cookies a soft texture and that right amount of pumpkin flavor.

Tender beef and broccoli florets are served over fluffy white rice for a simple weeknight meal the whole family will love. This is also a great recipe that reheats well if you like to meal prep, too!
