One of my love languages is gift giving. I always enjoy finding ways to give someone a little gift. My favorite gift to give is always in meal form! Making dinner for my family, or giving a homemade meal to someone after surgery or having a baby is always the best. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am personally gift wrapping a set of recipes that everyone is sure to love.

Chicken Ranch Tacos are always a lunchtime favorite! They incorporate our family’s favorite ranch dressing, tender chicken, lettuce, and tomato.

For lunch, try my BLT Ranch Croissants. Served in a buttery, flaky croissant filled with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, these sandwiches are delightful!

My Apple Crescent Dumplings are a gift in themselves! These crescent-wrapped treats are filled with apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzles of caramel for the ultimate dessert!

I believe that to make something beautiful it must get a little messy to begin with. You can’t make an omelet without cracking a few eggs. Am I right? This week for Menu Plan Monday I am packing it full of recipes that allow you to have fun while making the mess and enjoying the meal!

When I think of a meal that requires the use tons of napkins, and makes a bit of a mess, is a sloppy joe. This week we’ll be eating my Texas Toast Sloppy Joes! These are a heaping helping of sloppy joe filling over garlic toast. You’ll need to wipe your face and fingers clean with napkins while devouring these Texas size joes!

The next delicious meal is my Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Bake. This pasta bake is messy, delicious and so filling. It makes a lot, so I love that we usually have leftovers to enjoy the next day!

My White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies are what’s for dessert this week. This marriage made in heaven is filled with rich white chocolate flavor, and juicy, messy raspberries. Keep the napkins, and a cold glass of milk, nearby while you eat these yummy treats.

This is a very special week, and I couldn’t be more excited about it! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! This time of year, I love to show my husband Kale and kids how special they are to me by making them lots of homemade meals and treats. For Menu Plan Monday I have an exquisite menu for to make lots of heartfelt meals for your family too!

There is something about seafood that is so elegant to me. Some of my favorite memories with my family are of us in Hawaii eating seafood, so I wanted to share my Hawaiian Style Garlic Shrimp because I know that it’s going to evoke a beautiful memory for each member of my family. Some of the most impactful quality time we’ve spent together has been on the islands. This Valentine’s Day I’ll transport them back there through their taste buds.

If your family is more of a meat and potatoes kind of family make sure to try my Three Packet Roast. Serve it with mashed potatoes and garlic roasted carrots for an amazing holiday meal.

This time of year, chocolate covered strawberries and boxes of chocolates are all the rage, but I am inspired to make something a little different. My Iced Oatmeal Cookies will be our Valentine treat this year! These chewy frosted cookies are incredible!

This week I’m making sure there is plenty of food to feed the family for more than just one night. Many times, I pick specific menus with recipes I know will have leftovers, so I don’t have to cook the next night. This Menu Plan Monday is filled with those recipes that ensure your family is going to be fed all week, and without having to cook every single night. The Lofthouse gang is a hungry crew, and I am sure your family is too, so let’s stop chatting and start eating!

Tuesday might just be one of the most important nights at the Lofthouse. Why? Because it’s Taco Tuesday. Each week, my family expects a variety of Mexican food, and I’m happy to oblige. My Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos are a family favorite. I’ll start this dinner while I make lunch, and when the dinner bell rings, I’ll get the tortillas ready! There is plenty here to have a taco on Wednesday, too!

Later in the week, I’ll be making my Ham and Cheese Penne because it will fill my family up for two days straight, and my kids will eat every bite.

My Better Than Anything Cake is making an appearance for dessert on Sunday. Each bite of this cake will make your eyes roll to the back of your head with how delicious it is! It’s rich, chocolatey, and will be the highlight of your day!

I live for the weekends, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you do as well! Whether it’s a beautiful day, or a little gloomy, weekends are always the best. This Saturday I fully plan to be in the kitchen all day. It’s my happy place! This week for Menu Plan Monday I wanted to share what I’ll be making that day, plus so many more options for you to enjoy!

For breakfast, I am going to whip up my Sausage, Egg and Feta Hash. This is a hearty breakfast and a great way to start the day. Paired with a cup of coffee, this is one of Kale’s favorites.

Next, I’ll be making my Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Pork Chops. They are cooked in the slow cooker and are so delicious! My kids love this one.

For dessert, I’ll be making a favorite cookie of every member of the Lofthouse: Oreo Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies. We are all things Oreo here in my family. These cookies are fantastic and filled with Oreos!

I have plenty of meals to enjoy all week long without having to break a sweat. Most of these recipes make plenty of food for leftovers the next day.

What is the best tool in your kitchen to help you prepare an easy dinner? The Slow Cooker! It is easy to use and one of the best ways to infuse tons of flavor into whatever you’re making.

My Salsa Verde Chicken Soup is super flavorful and an easy slow cooker meal. Top it with all your favorite taco toppings!
